Long before the use of glass, the Inuits knew how to fight against one danger of the arctic : the snow reflected sun.
The answer was the snow goggles.
I wanted to mix the old concept of snow goggles with trendy shapes such as what we could find in the 90's sunglasses. I created and tested these goggles made of basswood in the frozen prairies of Manitoba (Canada) during a long winter.
They have been destroyed during a dogsled trip...
